Vipinam Avenues Llp is located in Manikonda. You can find us right above the More Super Market on Lanco Hills Road. We are in the Ddivinne Power building at Plot No. 35. It’s a very easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find the office. Being above a grocery store means it’s always busy downstairs. We work on avenues and land development projects. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking on phones and the occasional noise from the street below. We don't have any flashy signs or big displays. It’s a practical workspace where we manage our land listings and talk to buyers. Manikonda has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen all the new buildings go up around us. We spend a lot of time out on the field looking at plots and then coming back here to file the paperwork. It’s a lot of driving around and checking boundaries. We don't really have a corporate philosophy or anything like that; we just try to be honest about what we are selling. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. It’s a simple life and we like the work we do. If you’re ever at the supermarket, you’re only a floor away from us. We’ve been at this office for a good stretch of time and it suits us fine.
