Vicinity Builders Private Limited

We are Vicinity Builders and we work out of Vanasthalipuram. Our office is at Plot No. 3, H No. 5-5-527 in Abhyudayanagar Colony. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which we like. The office is small and simple, just a place to keep our project files and have a cup of tea while we plan. We do building work and we try to stay on top of all the little details. It is just a small group of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just handle everything ourselves. Most days involve at least one trip to a hardware store or a site visit to check on the progress. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or we have trouble getting the right people for a job, but we always find a way to get it finished. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do decent work in our local area. It is a lot of hard work and we are often tired by the end of the day, but that’s how it goes when you’re building. We take things as they come and just keep moving forward.
