Vian Properties Private Limited is located at H No 7-2-H50 and 51, right on Road No 6B in Panchavati Colony. Manikonda is a busy place these days, but our little corner of the colony stays relatively calm. We’ve been here for a while, watching the apartments and shops go up all around us. It's a lot of work running a property business. We deal with everything from land documents to site visits. Sometimes we're out in the sun all day, and other times we're stuck at the desk filing paperwork that seems to never end. We don't really have a fancy corporate philosophy. We just try to do right by the projects we take on. If a wall needs fixing or a boundary needs checking, we go out and do it. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep our files and meet with people. We use everyday English because that’s who we are. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big marketing slogans. We just know the Manikonda area very well. We’ve seen it turn from mostly empty plots to the crowded, lively place it is now. It's been a journey. Our team is just a few folks who know how to read a map and handle a tape measure. We keep it real and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep a property business running smoothly. It is what it is, just hard work.
