Vegavaan Constructions Private Limited has its main setup over at Legend Chimes Echo in Shankarpally. If you know the area, it's a bit out of the main city noise, which is nice for a change. We spend a lot of time driving between the office at H.no. 7-184 and various sites across Rangareddy. The roads around Telangana can be unpredictable, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our days are filled with looking at blueprints and talking to contractors who are on the ground. It gets dusty, and our boots are rarely clean. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us trying to make sure the walls go up straight and the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes we have issues with labor or the rain stops everything for a few days, but we manage. The team is small and we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We usually have tea at the local stall nearby while discussing the next phase of a project. Shankarpally is developing fast, and you can see new structures popping up everywhere you look. We are just one of the many groups here trying to do the work properly without making too much of a fuss. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet up before heading out to check the work progress.
