Vdorec Advertisement Private Limited is located at Plot 32 in Gayathri Nagar. We’re right in the Allapur part of Borabonda. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is usually a bit of a hub for us. We do a lot of different things related to advertising, mostly just whatever the clients need on a given day. We don't have any fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just picks it up and does it. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rain. We’ve thought about fixing it, but we’ve kind of gotten used to it by now. Borabonda is a fast-paced area, and being in Gayathri Nagar means we’re never far from the action. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also go out a lot to meet people face to face. We think that’s more important than sending a bunch of emails. Sometimes we stay late because we get caught up in a project, but we don’t mind. It’s just part of the job. We don’t use scripts when we talk to people, we just say what’s on our minds. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far. We are just a group of people working hard at Plot 32.
