Varuni Properties is situated at Plot No 467 in Sri Ramana Colony, Phase 2. We are right on Z P Road in the Hastinapuram area of Hyderabad. It is a neighborhood where people know each other, and we like that about being here. We mostly deal with plots and houses around Karmanghat and Hastinapuram. We are not a huge company with a big marketing budget. We just have our small office where we meet with people from the community. A lot of our work is done through word of mouth. Someone buys a plot and tells their brother-in-law about us, and that is how we keep busy. We spend quite a bit of time walking around different sites and checking on things for our clients. It is not always glamorous work, especially when it is hot outside, but it is what we do. We do not use any of those high-pressure sales tactics. We just show the property and let people think about it. Buying land is a big decision, and we understand that. We have been in this part of Telangana for quite a while now, so we have seen the colony develop over the years. We are just regular people trying to help our neighbors find a place to call home.
