Varaha Realcon Private Limited

Our office is in the Anand Annex Building, right next to the Om Convention center in Narsingi. Varaha Realcon Private Limited is located on the 5th floor at Y No 347. Most people in the area know the convention center, so finding us is usually pretty easy. Being in the Gandipet area means we are slightly away from the worst of the city traffic, although it can get busy when there is a big event next door. The view from our windows on the fifth floor is actually quite nice when the weather is clear. We have a small group of people who work here to keep our projects moving forward. We mainly deal with real estate and construction paperwork. The office itself is basic and functional, with no real fancy features. We just need a place to sit and get the work done. We have been in this building for a while now and we know the local Narsingi area very well. People often find us just by seeing the building from the road. We do not have a lot of extra bells and whistles in how we operate. We just focus on the plans and the details of our projects. It is a steady way of working that suits us. Narsingi is a good spot for us because it is easy to get to other parts of the city.
