Trippko Equalto Foundation

Our foundation, Trippko Equalto Foundation, is located up in Gooncha Hills. Specifically, we are at House Number 8-27/67 in the Kokapet area. Kokapet has been changing quite a lot lately with all the new construction and buildings, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it was. It is a bit of a drive to get up here from the main city, but the view is decent and it’s quieter than the busy centers. We don't have a fancy office building with a glass front. It is just a house that we use for our daily work. We have a few rooms set up with tables and some computers we've had for a while. It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for us. Most of us live nearby or don't mind the drive because we like the quiet atmosphere here. We spend a lot of time talking about how to manage our different tasks. There's usually a pot of coffee or tea on the stove in the kitchen. We don't really do formal meetings; we just sit around and figure things out. The address is pretty clear once you enter Gooncha Hills. Sometimes the delivery drivers get a bit confused by the street layouts because they are still finishing some of the roads around here. We just tell them to look for the house with the green gate. It's a simple way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office space.
