We are tucked away in Flat No.504 of the R R Vedavyasa Apartments. You can find us in Alkapuri Colony at H No.11-13-64. The full name of the business is Thirumala Saraswathi Developers Privatelimited. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to different contractors right from this apartment office. It doesn't feel like a corporate office because it isn't one. It’s just a place where we actually work and live through the various projects we take on. There is always something being built somewhere nearby, so we try to stay focused on our specific area. The apartment is usually filled with samples of tiles or bits of wood. It can get messy, but that's what happens when you're in the middle of development projects. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy coffee machine. If you come by, you'll probably just find us working on a computer or on the phone trying to track down a delivery that was supposed to be here already. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed about the deadlines, though they are always there in the back of our minds. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few people who know what they’re doing. We’ve been in this building for some time now and like the Alkapuri Colony neighborhood quite a bit. It’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the action of the city. We don't do anything special, just keep moving forward with the work we have in front of us.
