Terminus Habitat Llp is based over in Kismathpur. You can find us at Flat No.401 in the Ishta Apartment, which is situated on Sy.No.138. It’s a bit quieter out here in the Rangareddi area than it is in the middle of Hyderabad, which we actually prefer. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby full of awards. It’s just a small office where we handle the practical side of home building and habitat management. Most of our days are spent checking on permits or talking to builders. The 500086 area has been growing fast, so there is always something going on. We don't use any corporate speak or try to sound more important than we are. We're just regular people doing a job that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of our schedules, especially when the heat is really bad or the monsoons hit. We just keep pushing through. We’ve been at this long enough to know that things rarely go exactly according to plan. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and everything in between. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of small details. We don't have any big slogans. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it done without making too much of a fuss.
