TELA ESTATES LLP

Our office for Tela Estates LLP is located over at Plot 80 in Gulshan Colony, inside the K R R Complex. If you know where Rainbow School is in Surangal, we’re right near there. It’s a handy spot because it’s easy to explain to people how to find us. We’ve been working out of this part of Rangareddy for a while now. Dealing with real estate in the 501504 area means we see a lot of different things every day. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we sit down and go over maps or documents. We have a few computers and a lot of files. Sometimes the traffic near the school gets a little heavy during drop-off times, so we’ve learned to plan our site visits around that. It's mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a property business. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find what they need or sort out their land issues. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We share the work and keep things moving. Surangal is growing, and we’re just here in the middle of it, doing our part. It feels like a real community here. We often chat with the neighbors or grab a quick bite at the local shops between meetings. It is a lot of work but we enjoy the routine.
