Being in a big residential complex makes the office feel a bit different than a storefront. It is quiet and we have a good view of the area. We handle construction projects across the K.V.Rangareddy district and other parts of Telangana. The "New Vision" part of the name is just something we liked, but at the end of the day, we are just building things with bricks and mortar. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just show up, check the schedule, and try to make sure the work is getting done at the sites. Some days are stressful when there is a shortage of sand or the labor doesn't show up, but we manage. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that knows each other well. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Hyderabad. We spend our money on equipment rather than fancy office furniture. It is a practical way to run a construction company. We have been at this address for a bit and it works well for us.
