Our office for Svrz Infra And Resorts Private Limited is located over in Upperpally. We are at Plot No. 34 in the PLR Luxury Homes area. It’s a bit of a mix for us because we deal with both infrastructure and resorts, so there is always something different going on. Some mornings we might be looking at building plans and by the afternoon we are talking about resort management. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. The office is in a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings downtown. We are in the Rangareddi district part of the city, so it’s a bit away from the main central hub but still busy enough. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been in the industry for a while. We have our fair share of busy days where the phones don’t stop, and other days when we can actually catch up on the paperwork that piles up on the desks. We just try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama. It’s a practical way of working and it seems to suit us just fine here in Upperpally. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day.
