Our place is over in Jillaguda, Karmanghat, specifically at Plot No 37 in New Gayathri Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood, so it feels more like a community than a business district. Srilakshmi Kubera Developers India Private Limited is run from here, and we mostly focus on land and development stuff in the surrounding areas. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some tables, chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend our mornings going through local records and our afternoons out on the field. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors or people interested in the area. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the rain, which makes the site visits a bit of a challenge. Back at the office, it’s mostly just us trying to stay on top of the paperwork. Things can get a little messy with all the documents and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just meet up, talk about what needs to get done for the day, and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit the way things are in Karmanghat.
