If you ever come down to Chintal, you’ll find us near the vegetable market. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood, especially in the early morning hours. We are situated at H No 6-244 in Vani Nagar. Being a news agency means our day starts way before the sun even comes up. You can hear the rustle of newspapers and the delivery guys getting their cycles ready. The air smells like fresh ink and sometimes the nearby market starts getting noisy with vendors calling out. Sri Sairam News Agency has been part of this street for a good bit of time. It is a small place, really, just enough room to sort out the dailies and magazines. We don't have fancy desks or air conditioning. It’s mostly just shelves and stacks of paper everywhere. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because we have to keep everything dry.
