Our office for Sri Bilvani Homes Llp is actually located in Villa 97 at Legend Chimes. It’s right near the Gandipet X Road in Kokapet, which is part of the Rajendra Nagar area. It’s a bit of a different setup since we operate out of a villa, but it works well for us. Most of our work is concentrated around this part of town, which has seen a massive boom in the last few years. We focus on building quality homes, and being based right here in Kokapet helps us keep a close eye on everything we do. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We sit around the dining table sometimes to discuss project updates or meet with architects. There’s usually some tea going and a lot of talk about cement prices or labor availability. We aren't big on polished presentations; we’d rather take you to a site and show you what we’re actually doing. The Gandipet area is beautiful, but the construction business is still hard work regardless of the view. We have a small, dedicated crew that handles the day-to-day stuff. We know the local regulations and the land here very well. It’s a very hands-on business for us. If we aren't at the villa, we’re probably just down the road checking on a project. We just want to build houses that last and keep our neighbors happy with the final result.
