Sras Media Marketing Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 77E/P in Raghavendra Nagar, Jillelaguda. This spot is in the Karmanghat area of Hyderabad. Our office isn’t in one of those high-rise glass buildings you see downtown. Instead, we are in a more residential-feeling neighborhood, which makes the work day feel relaxed. We’ve been here for a bit now. Getting to know the neighbors has been nice. Our team works on various media and marketing tasks throughout the week. There isn't a big, fancy department here; it’s just a few of us handling everything that comes our way. Usually, the room is filled with the sound of typing or some soft music. A single large table serves as our lunch spot most days. It is definitely not a polished corporate environment. Some of our computers are a bit old, but we have newer ones too for the heavy lifting. Jillelaguda is a bit further out from the city hub, but that means less chaos for us. Managing different projects keeps us busy. Deadlines are important, so we stay focused. There aren't any mission statements hanging on our walls. When we show up in the morning, everyone just knows what needs to happen. Staying late occurs sometimes when there is a lot to finish up. Hard work and being honest about what we can do is how we run things here. It feels right for our small group to work this way.
