If you walk down Gandhi Road and turn into Santhoshi Mata Line, you’ll find us at H.No.10-94. That’s where Splus Construction Private Limited is located. It’s not a big, shiny office building, just a practical space where we handle our business. Most of our time isn't spent here anyway. We are usually out at the various construction sites, making sure things are actually getting built. Construction is a messy business, and there's always something going wrong that needs to be fixed right away. Whether it's a delay in getting the bricks or a problem with the foundation, we just deal with it. We aren't into big speeches or trying to look more important than we are. We're just a small team of people who know how to manage a building project. The neighborhood around Gandhi Road is always moving, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes we’re so busy that the office phone just keeps ringing, but we try to get back to everyone eventually. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our only goal is to finish the project we are currently working on so we can move to the next one. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay busy. It is not always easy, but it is what we do.
