SM INFRA HYD PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of a house in Moin Mohallah, H No 2-6, over in Shamshabad. Being in the Rangareddi area means we are close to a lot of new development, which keeps us pretty busy. The office isn't much more than a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. We aren't fancy people. We’re usually wearing work boots and dusty clothes because we spend more time on the ground than behind a desk. Infrastructure work in this part of Telangana is always moving, and we try to keep up with the pace. It’s not always easy, especially with the heat and the logistical challenges of moving heavy equipment around. We started small and have stayed pretty grounded. Our neighbors know us, and we try to be helpful when we can. Sometimes we’re working on roads, other times it’s something else entirely, but it’s all about the physical labor and getting things built. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just building and fixing things. If there’s a problem on a site, we go there and try to solve it ourselves. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a handful of us making decisions as we go. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and phones ringing constantly, but that’s just how our day looks in Shamshabad.
