SKKANCHAN DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located out at SY NO 725 in Malkaram. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s right where we need to be. Being based in the Rangareddi district means we have a lot of space to breathe and work. We don’t have a fancy office in a glass tower. We work from here because it’s practical and keeps our overhead low. Our day-to-day usually involves looking over site plans and visiting various plots of land. Development isn’t always as easy as it looks on paper. There are always issues with soil, or maybe the permits take longer than they should. We just deal with those things as they come. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or complicated business plans. We’re just regular folks who understand how land development works in this part of Telangana. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or standing out in the sun checking on progress. It’s honest work, and it can be quite tiring. We don't have a big marketing department, so we just rely on the work itself to show what we can do. We’ve stayed in Malkaram because it’s home and it’s where we started. We’re just a small operation trying to navigate the ups and downs of the local real estate market without making too much of a fuss. That’s really all there is to our story here.
