We’ve been here in Saroornagar for a while now. Most people find us at Bairamalguda, specifically in that building at 8-15-145/182/4, TF3. It's a clinic where we deal with people trying to have kids. It’s a quiet place mostly, tucked away from the main noise. We start early in the morning, usually around eight, getting things ready for patients who come in from the nearby residential areas. It's not a flashy office with modern art. Just a regular clinic setup with some chairs and a desk. Some days it's really busy with people sitting in the waiting area, looking at their papers and checking their watches. We handle the paperwork and the medical checks as they come. The doctors go about their business in the back rooms. There’s a lot of waiting involved in this kind of work, and we see people sitting there for hours sometimes. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up or makes a weird noise, but we manage. People come in with many questions, and we try to give them answers without making things too complicated or using big medical words they don't get. We just focus on the job at hand. It’s hard work seeing people go through this stuff day in and day out. We see a lot of different faces every week. Most of them are just regular folks from around Hyderabad. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a water cooler and some old magazines. It feels like a neighborhood spot.
