SHRUSHTI DUROBUILD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located at House Number 12-8-274. We are right near the Santhoshimatha Temple on Hunter Road. It’s a busy street, and the temple is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. We’re a one-person company mostly, which is what the OPC part means, but we have people we work with when a job gets big. Our focus is on building stuff that stays standing, hence the name Durobuild. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see me or one of the guys working on some plans. Hunter Road is a good spot because there’s always something happening. We handle all kinds of construction tasks, from small repairs to bigger projects. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that’s not who we are. We’re just builders who know the local area and what kind of materials work best around here. Being near the temple means we get a lot of foot traffic, and we’ve met many of our customers just by being in the neighborhood. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just do the work, plain and simple. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we’re still here on Hunter Road. We just keep our heads down and get the building done.
