Shoushri Construction is located in Block A of the Vaishnavi Oasis Apartments, specifically in room 302. We are based right here in Bandlaguda Jagir. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the center of Hyderabad, which we appreciate. Our office is basically a converted apartment space, so it feels very much like a home. We have a few desks set up and a lot of cabinets for all the project files we’ve accumulated. Working in construction means we are rarely all in the office at the same time. Usually, most of the guys are out at the sites, checking on the masonry or the plumbing. We started this company because we wanted to have more control over the quality of the work we were doing. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes the stress of deadlines gets to us, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We mostly get our work through word of mouth and people seeing our boards at construction sites. It’s a very hands-on job. I spend a lot of my time on the phone coordinating deliveries of steel and cement. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment complex ask us what we're doing, and we just tell them we're trying to build things right. It’s not a complicated story. We are just a group of people who know how to build and want to keep doing it here in Bandlaguda Jagir.
