Sensation Maheshwara Infra Projects Llp is based out of Villa No.12A in Free Zone Villa Greens. This is in Gandipet, which is part of the Rajendra Nagar area. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but the air is a bit clearer out here. Working from a villa is definitely different from being in a high-rise. We have more space, and it’s generally a lot quieter. The address is Sy No.3, 6, which is how they track the land parcels around here. We use the ground floor as our main office area. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea, which saves us some trips out. We handle a lot of infra projects, so there are usually blueprints or site photos lying around the place. Being near Gandipet means we aren't stuck in the middle of the heavy city noise, though the commute can be a bit long if we have meetings in the city. We have a small yard outside, which is a nice change of pace. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s a dedicated group of us trying to manage these projects properly. We don't really have a 'corporate culture' per se; we just work together and get things sorted. It’s a relaxed environment but we still stay busy with all the coordination that infra work requires. It’s a good spot for us and it keeps our heads clear.
