SATYA SREE DEVELOPERS LLP

We are based out of Jewel Crown Apartments in Manikonda. Specifically, we are in Flat 501 of the B Block. Satya Sree Developers Llp is a small operation, and working from an apartment block in Sri Chaitanya Colony keeps things feeling grounded and local. Manikonda is always expanding, so there is usually a lot of noise and dust from nearby construction projects, which is fitting for what we do. The view from the fifth floor is alright; you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood changing as new buildings go up. Our office is pretty simple, consisting of some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. People usually find us by looking for the B Block entrance near the gate. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, especially when we have visitors. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out at different sites, so the office is mostly a place to sync up and handle the administrative side of things. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Being in Hyderabad, the afternoons get really warm, so we keep the fans going full blast. It is just honest work, day in and day out. We like the local vibe of Manikonda and being right in the middle of everything.
