New Tech

New Tech is located in Jalpally Village, which is part of the Saroornagar area. Being out in the village means things move a little slower than they do in the middle of Hyderabad. Our place at 2/53/2 is where we do all our technical work. It’s not a shiny tech hub like you see in the movies. It’s a shop with wires, components, and tools scattered around. We fix things and put stuff together. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk with whoever wanders in. Other days, we have a pile of work that keeps us late into the evening. Saroornagar is a nice area, and we’ve gotten to know the families around Jalpally quite well. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People just bring us their gadgets or parts when they stop working. We try our best to figure out what's wrong. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We like the challenge of making something work again. It’s just a basic shop where we use our hands and our brains to solve problems. We don't use big words to explain things. We just tell you what’s broken and if we can fix it. That’s how we’ve always done things here.
