Our office is at H.No 3-154/10/F/6/1 in the Sushanth Nagar Colony. It is a bit of a long address to write out, but we have been here long enough that we do not even think about it anymore. SAMSTHITHI INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is what it says on the door. We are just a local team that handles various infra projects around the city. The office is usually a bit messy with site photos and rolled-up maps of different colonies. We do not really believe in having a super clean, empty office because it shows we are actually working. Sushanth Nagar is a nice spot, and we have a few favorite places nearby to grab a quick snack during the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It is not a glamorous job, to be honest. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and dealing with weather delays. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. We do not have any big fancy speeches about our values; we just try to be honest with people and get the construction bits sorted out. Most of our work comes from people who know us and trust that we will show up. We are just regular people working hard in a small office, trying to make sure the projects we take on actually get finished.
