Sahasra Properties LLP is based at Plot No. 95 in Alkapur Township. This part of Puppalaguda in Rangareddy has seen a lot of new buildings lately, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle property work for the local area. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is a working space with maps on the walls and files on the desks. We spend a lot of time out of the office, checking on plots or meeting folks at different sites around Telangana. When we are inside, it’s mostly about managing the paperwork and answering the phone. The township is a good place to be because there is always something happening. We’ve got a small group of people here who just know how the local real estate market works. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent making sure the details in the contracts are correct and that the property lines are where they should be. It can get busy, especially on weekends when people have time to look at land. We just try to keep things organized and helpful for whoever walks through the door at PL No 95. It’s a humble office, but it serves us well for the kind of practical, local business we run here in Puppalaguda.
