You can find us at Shed Number 18 in the Lalitha Complex. It is part of the Kushaiguda Industrial Estate. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you get here, it is easy to spot. We’ve been in this shed for a long time. It has got high ceilings and gets a bit drafty in the winter, but it is a good space for what we do. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and some fabrication work. The floor is stained with oil and there are metal shavings everywhere. We try to keep it clean, but as soon as the machines start, it is back to how it was. My dad started this place with just one lathe and a dream of not having a boss. Now I am running it. It is a lot of responsibility. Sometimes the machines break down and I have to spend all night fixing them so the guys can work the next day. We do not have a big marketing department. People just hear about us from other shops in the estate. We do the work, they pay us, and that is that. We eat lunch together on the big wooden table in the back. Sometimes someone brings something special from home and we all share. It is a good atmosphere. We are not corporate at all. We are just a bunch of guys who know how to work with our hands.
