Out here in Puppalguda, things are changing fast and new buildings are popping up everywhere. Rockone Estates is located at Flat 401 on Plot 82. Rajendernagar is just down the way from us. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it here. The air feels a little different than the busy streets. We spend our time looking at land and houses for people. The office is not anything special to look at. It has some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a very comfortable couch for guests. Most of the time we are out on the field anyway. Rangareddi district is big and there is always something going on with property deals. We try to keep things simple. No fancy suits or anything like that for us. Just jeans and shirts are fine. We talk to people who want to buy or sell and we help them navigate the messy parts of real estate. The building itself is usually pretty quiet. We have some neighbors who are also in the business. On rainy days, the road outside gets a bit muddy, but that is just life here. We have been at this for a while and know the area pretty well. If you are looking for us, just head towards Rajendernagar and look for the plot numbers. It is a straightforward operation. No big mystery to it. Just hard work and a lot of driving around to different sites. We just get on with it.
