Rathods Ias Academy Llp is located over at 3 4 61 in Adharsha Nagarbandlaguda. This part of town is where we decided to set things up. Training for the IAS is a long road for many young people. We see them coming in with big bags of books every morning. The building isn't too large but it fits what we need. We have some classrooms and some space for students to sit and read. It gets quite busy during the exam season. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just walk in or hear about us from a friend who lives in Bandlaguda. The weather gets hot in the afternoons and we usually have the fans going full blast. It is a lot of work to keep track of all the different subjects like history and law. Sometimes we stay late to finish some notes or organize the schedules for the next week. It is just a regular place where people come to study. We don't have any big corporate backers. It is just us running the show day to day. We like the local vibe of Adharsha Nagar. The chai shop nearby is where we usually go when we need a break. We just try to provide a decent place for people to focus on their goals without too much distraction. That is how we operate here at our office.
