Radhesham Edusocial Foundation

Our office is right at Plot No 4, Cts No 15848/123, right across from Shrihari Park in Madhav Nagar. It’s a nice area to be in, especially with the greenery across the street. We’ve been here at Radhesham Edusocial Foundation for a while now. Most days, it’s just the sound of the traffic and the occasional bird from the park. We started this because we saw things that needed fixing and decided to just do it ourselves. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the building. We spend our mornings going through emails and then the rest of the day is usually spent meeting people or handling paperwork. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of visitors, but we like the energy. Someone usually brings in snacks around 4 PM, which is the highlight of the day. We’re just a small group trying to stay useful. Working in Madhav Nagar feels right for us because it’s a community we understand. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to happen next and then we try to make it happen. It’s straightforward, honest work that keeps us coming back every morning. We appreciate the slow pace of the park nearby.
