Propowl Realty Llp

Our workspace for Propowl Realty Llp is up on the fifth floor of Rinda Residency. It is Flat No 507. We are located in Samathapuri Colony which is over in the New Nagole area of Hyderabad. It is a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part. We do not have a storefront on the main road. Most people find us through word of mouth or by coming directly up to the flat. We have a view of the surrounding colony from the window which helps to see how the area is developing. We deal with various property matters mostly around R.K. Puram and Nagole. It is a lot of organizing files and meeting people at different sites throughout the day. We do not wear suits or anything like that. Usually it is just jeans and a shirt. We try to keep things relaxed. The apartment gets good light in the afternoon. We sit around the dining table which we turned into a conference desk. It is practical for what we need. There is always a pot of tea or coffee going. We spend hours looking over plans or talking to buyers on the phone. It is a local business through and through. We have been in this part of Telangana for quite some time now. We just take one day at a time, helping out with whatever property needs come our way. It is a simple routine that works for us.
