We are located over at Hussain Castle, right by Pillar No 213 on Rajendra Nagar Road. It’s in the Happy Homes Colony area. If you’re driving down the road, the pillar numbers are the easiest way to find us. Prime Heights is a small team of builders and developers. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We have some photos of projects we’ve worked on on the walls, and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. Rajendra Nagar is a bit different from the high-tech parts of the city, it feels a bit more established and grounded. We like it here. Most of our work involves local residential projects, so we spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and local contractors. It can get a bit hectic when we have multiple sites going at once, but we try to stay on top of it. We don't use any fancy management software, just some notebooks and a lot of talking to make sure everyone is on the same page. The office is a place to regroup and figure out the next steps for whatever we are building. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it in the Happy Homes neighborhood. We just show up and do what needs to be done every day to make sure things move.
