Panjala Imports & Exports Private Limited is based in Surya Nagar Colony, which is part of Hayath Nagar. Our specific spot is Plot No. 656. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but Hayath Nagar Mandal has its own busy atmosphere. We handle a variety of import and export tasks from this office. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s relatively calm compared to the downtown offices. We have a few rooms set up for our desks and filing cabinets. Most of our day is spent coordinating with transport companies and checking customs requirements. It’s a lot of detail work that doesn't sound very exciting, but it’s what we know. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just learned the business by doing it. The colony is nice, and we often see the same faces every morning. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the people who already know us. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. Hyderabad is a big place, and being on this side of it suits us just fine.
