We are P K V BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED and you’ll find our office at 1-11-48/1. We’re on the 1st floor near the Budwel Railway Station in Kattedan. It’s a convenient spot because of the trains, though it can get pretty loud when they go past the windows. We’ve been working from this location for quite a bit now. Our day is mostly filled with checking on construction materials and talking to the guys on the sites. We aren't a big, fancy corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a small group of us here trying to keep things moving forward. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs, tables, and a lot of folders. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or designer furniture. We'd rather just focus on the building work itself and getting things finished. Kattedan is an industrial kind of area, so it fits what we do every day. We have regular clients who know where to find us when they need something. Sometimes we’re out of the office more than we’re in it, especially when things are busy on the ground. It’s physical work and a lot of tricky logistics. We don't have any hidden agendas or complicated mission statements. We just build houses and commercial spaces and try to stay out of trouble. It’s a decent way to earn a living in Hyderabad and we're used to it.
