NSR ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at MN Capital in Kokapet, right across from 7 Hills PWS. It is a busy spot these days. NSR ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED started out small and we’ve been here at Gandipet for a while now. Most mornings start with the usual rush on the 5th floor. Our office is in Flat No. 501. It’s not a fancy place but it works for us. We handle a lot of estate matters around here. People come in and out all day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it. The area has changed quite a bit since we first moved in. There’s a lot of building going on nearby. It feels like everyone is trying to find a piece of land in Kokapet. We just do our work and keep things moving. We aren’t big on fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main desk and talk about what needs doing. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know the local streets and the people living around Gandipet pretty well by now. If you’re ever near MN Capital, you’ll see our building. It is easy to find. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things get finished properly. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the local community here.
