So, we are Noodles Global Kitchen Limited Liability Partnership, and you can find us over in Shaik Pet. Our specific spot is at 9-4-133/2/6/B in Jhansi Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. This kitchen is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not always pretty, there are stacks of boxes and the smell of cooking is always in the air, but it’s our space. We handle a lot of different things here. It gets pretty loud when everyone is working at once. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We started this because we wanted to do something together as a group. Most of us have been in the kitchen for years. We aren't some big corporate chain, just a local partnership trying to keep things moving. The weather in Hyderabad can get pretty hot, so we’re always making sure the fans are running full blast. It’s hard work, and my hands are usually tired by the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. Sometimes we stay late to prep for the next day, just to make sure things go okay. It is just the way we like to work.
