Nagla Estates Private Limited

Nagla Estates Private Limited is based out of Raghavendra Nagar Colony. We are at Plot No. C-1, which is part of the 8-13-72/4 block. If you’ve been to Shrivampally lately, you know it’s changing fast. Our office is a quiet place where we keep all our files and maps. We spend most of our mornings checking on properties or meeting with people who want to settle in the colony. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We’ve got a couple of old fans that hum while we work. The neighborhood is nice because everyone knows each other. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps and talk to the neighbors about how the prices are going up. Dealing with estates takes time and patience, especially with all the forms you have to fill out. We try to keep things straightforward here. No one likes complicated talk when they are trying to find a place to stay or invest their savings. We know these streets pretty well by now. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze in the afternoons which makes the office feel better. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address and our name. It's a practical way to work. If you find yourself in Raghavendra Nagar, you’ll see our small building. We’re usually there until the sun goes down, just getting through the daily list of things to do.
