Monax Estates Private Limited is based out of the Aparna Sarovar Apartments in Nallagandla. Our unit is G-14B1. Since we are located within a large apartment complex, it’s a bit different from a typical commercial office building. It’s much more neighborly. Nallagandla is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like because it's a little quieter, though it's growing really fast lately. We focus on estates and property around this area. The office is pretty small, just enough for us to sit and handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different project sites nearby. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the legwork. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of printer ink at the worst time, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation. We know the local area quite well and have watched all the new towers go up over the last few years. It’s interesting to see how much things have changed around here. We keep things simple and just focus on the day-to-day business of real estate without any extra drama or corporate polish. It is mostly about keeping the files in order and talking to people who want to live in this part of town.
