Our office is out in Balapur, on Plot 192 and 193 in Konda Nagar. Mallapur is right there too. It is a bit of a dusty area sometimes, especially when there is new construction going on nearby. We have been handling the hotel business from this spot for a bit. It is not the most central part of Hyderabad, but it works for us. We have enough space to think and get things done without the constant honking of the main city center. Usually, our mornings start with a lot of tea and checking what needs to be handled for the properties. It is straightforward work. We don't have a lot of big signs or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or if they have specific business with us. The neighborhood is mostly residential and has a lot of small shops. You see the same faces every day at the tea stall around the corner. We like the pace here. It is a bit slower than Gachibowli or Banjara Hills, which suits the way we work. We don't really bother with being flashy or sounding important. If you come by, you will just see a few of us working at our desks. There is a lot of papers and maps usually. Hyderabad is a big place and Balapur is just one small part of it where we have set up our shop. We just keep our heads down.
