Srija Agri Genetics

Medchal is a bit quieter than the main city, and we like it that way at Plot No 71 in Raji Reddy Colony. Srija Agri Genetics is where we handle the seeds and the samples that come in from the fields. There is usually a lot of dirt on the floor because of the bags we move around every day. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in with questions about their crops and the soil. The weather matters a lot to us, so we are always looking at the sky and wondering when the rain will actually start. Inside the building, it’s mostly just shelves filled with packets and some basic testing equipment. It isn't a high-tech lab, just a practical space where we can sort through things. Raji Reddy Colony is a decent neighborhood, and we have been at this spot for a while now. The days are long during the planting season, and we stay late to finish inventory. We have to make sure the labels are correct on every single bag so nothing gets mixed up. It’s easy to lose track of time when you are counting out samples or checking for moisture. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a phone and some old ledgers. It’s just us and the seeds and the farmers who come by to chat about how their harvest is looking this year.
