MARJAN BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Marjan Builders and Constructions Private Limited is just us working out of Hasan Nagar in the Rajendra Nagar area. We started this thing a while back because we knew the local spots around here pretty well. Our office is over at 4-17-22/1 and it’s usually quite a mess with papers and site plans laying around everywhere. Most days we are just trying to keep up with the different jobs we have going on in Hyderabad. Sometimes things get a bit slow when the weather turns bad or there’s a delay with materials but we just keep moving along. It’s not a fancy setup or anything like that. We mostly talk to people who live nearby or someone who saw one of our signs. The Rangareddi area has changed a lot since we first set up shop. You can see new buildings coming up every other day now. We try to stick to what we know and handle the building work without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on the cement and bricks. My brother and I usually handle the main stuff and we have a few guys who help out on the sites. If you come by the office you might not find anyone there if we are out at a project near Rajendra Nagar. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure everything stays on track for the folks who need their houses finished.
