Manikarnika Developers Llp is based out of Plot No 57 on Road No 5. We are located in the Kamala Nagar and Bhulakshminagar area of Vanasthalipuram in Hyderabad. It’s a more residential side of the city, which we quite like. Our office is a simple space where we handle all the details for our development work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just us, some desks, and a lot of papers. We spend our mornings going through what needs to be done for the day and our afternoons usually involve visiting sites or meeting with people. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, so we can focus on our work without too many distractions. We’ve been at this location for a while and have become a small part of the local community. We don't use any fancy language to describe our business. We just develop properties and try to do a solid job of it. Sometimes the weather in Hyderabad makes the site visits tough, but we still go out and check things anyway. It’s a lot of practical work, not just sitting behind a desk. We handle everything from the initial planning to the final touches. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We just keep working away at our projects and try to stay organized. That's our life here on Road No 5.
