MAHESH SHAMRAO CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at H. No-18-17-215 in the KHB Colony area. It is a familiar neighborhood for us. We do construction work, mostly residential stuff but a bit of everything else too. Our office is basically a room filled with blueprints and old invoices. It is not very organized, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and trying to get the best prices for sand and gravel. Dealing with the heat in this part of the country is just part of the job. We start our mornings with a lot of tea and a look at the plan for the day. Usually, something changes by noon. That is just the way construction goes. We have worked on plenty of projects around here over the years. You might have seen our trucks or the guys in their high-vis vests. We are just regular people trying to build solid structures. It isn't always pretty work, especially when you are digging foundations in the rain. But we keep at it. The KHB Colony is a good place to be based. It feels like home to most of us. We just focus on getting the next wall straight and making sure the client is happy with how things are looking. We have our regulars who help us out on the bigger jobs. It is just a matter of showing up and putting in the hours until the sun goes down.
