Magnifiq Properties Private Limited is tucked away in Shalivahana Nagar. Specifically, we're at G-2 in the JSR Residency building, number 8-3-976/69. It’s a local neighborhood office. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just a ground-floor space where we manage property deals. We deal with a lot of residential stuff around this part of the city. Being in a residency building ourselves, we’re right in the middle of where people live. Our team is small and we’ve mostly known each other for years. We do a lot of walking around the neighborhood to see what’s for sale or rent. It’s a lot of paperwork, like any real estate business, but we try to keep it simple for the people we work with. No one likes complicated jargon, so we avoid it. We drink tea, answer the phones, and try to keep the files organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and maps, but we know where everything is. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s new in Shalivahana Nagar. We’re just here doing our thing, helping out with property stuff one day at a time. It’s a steady job and we like the community feel here. Often we just leave the front door open when the weather is nice.
