We started Lusso Realty LLP at P NO 12 in Ashwini Layout. It's a busy part of Jubilee Hills, and we have been here for a while now. We handle a lot of real estate stuff around here, mostly focusing on the local neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and files, but that's just how it goes when you are busy. It's mostly just us trying to keep track of buildings and plots in this part of Hyderabad. We've been at house number 8-2-293/82/12 for some time. Our neighbors know us pretty well. It’s not a big fancy operation with a glass front, just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls throughout the day. People often come in asking about prices or looking for a place to stay nearby. Hyderabad is growing incredibly fast, especially on this side of town. We try to keep up with all the changes, though it is hard with new rules coming out all the time. Most of our days are spent driving around looking at different sites or talking to builders. If you’re ever near D.K Nagar, you’ve probably seen our small sign out front. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or complicated corporate plans. We just look at what's available and talk honestly to people. It's practical work. We’ve seen the roads change and new houses go up all over the layout. We just keep doing our thing from this office every day.
