Lori Constructions Private Limited

We set up Lori Constructions Private Limited over in Manikonda, specifically in Pochamma Colony. Our office is on the second floor of Plot No. 3. It’s a busy little neighborhood, and we like being right there where people are actually living and building new things every day. We aren't a huge team with dozens of departments and managers. It’s just a few of us who know how to manage a construction site and keep things on track. Most of our time is spent out on the roads or standing in the dirt at a new plot, checking on the progress of the foundation or the framing. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the area, but we’re usually too busy with blueprints and phone calls to look out the window much. Manikonda has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve been part of some of that growth ourselves. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office usually has a bit of dust on the floor from someone coming in from a site with their boots on. We just focus on the practical side of building. Making sure the cement is right, the steel is there, and the workers are safe is what matters to us. We don't make things sound more complicated than they are. Building a house is just a lot of steps that have to be done in the right order. We just make sure those steps happen so people can move into their new places eventually without any big issues.
