Our place is out in Gaganpahad at Plot No. 6-66, near the Rajendranagar Mandal. Being in an industrial area like this means there’s a lot of trucks and noise throughout the day. We are in Survey Number 165, and it’s a decent-sized plot where we handle all the confectionery work. If you walk inside, you’ll mostly see people busy with the machines or packing sweets into boxes. It’s quite a process, from the boiling sugar to the cooling racks. We don’t have much in the way of a fancy office, just a desk in the corner where we keep the logs. Most of the floor is dedicated to the production side because that’s where the real work happens. It’s always warm near the boilers, and there’s a constant hum from the equipment. We have a crew that’s been with us for a while, so everyone knows their role without needing much direction. We try to keep things moving so the batches don't sit around too long. Gaganpahad can be a bit dusty and loud, but it’s the right spot for a business like ours. We just focus on making the sweets and getting them loaded onto the transport vehicles. It’s a long day usually, but we’re used to the rhythm of the factory and the way things run out here. We just try to keep everything clean and the production moving along.
