We've been running Klr Kalakal Developers Llp from our spot on Kistapur Road for some time now. You can find us over at Sy Nos. 91 to 93, right in the Klr’s Vijayanagar area. It’s a busy place. Most days we are just busy with the usual paperwork and site visits. We took over H.No.13-195/1 and that's where the team sits. It isn't a fancy office but it gets the job done. We mostly focus on the local land and building work around here. People often stop by just to ask about the roads or the neighborhood. We know this specific stretch of the city pretty well. Sometimes the traffic on Kistapur Road is a mess in the mornings. We just try to keep things moving without too much fuss. It is mostly just us working hard and trying to keep everything organized. If you are ever passing by Vijayanagar, you’ll see our door. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just a regular workplace where we deal with the daily grind of development. We’ve seen the area change a lot lately. There’s always something new happening on these plots. It keeps us on our toes. We are usually in from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s just how things are here at Klr Kalakal. We just focus on the task at hand and don't worry about being fancy.
